The Star, The Wise Man, The Shepherd, The Bread of Life.

The star

The star from the East, led the wise men came to a standstill just above where Christ was born.
To announce the birth of the new star:
"I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star."

The wise

All the way from the East they came. They brought gifts of and worshiped Him. Men do not worship the lesser, they worship the greater. By bowing down to worship Jesus, the wise men were in essence honoring the source of all wisdom.
The Bible Says,

The manger

Why was he born in a manger? Of all the places! Well, it just had to happen that the guest house was on full board.
The manger is the feeding place. He just had to be placed in a manger! He is the bread of life. Jesus says:
We need to meet at the manger to be replenished daily. At the manger, there is a salt rock; the animals always come back there for nutrients. As Christians, we are the salt of the world, you get it?

The shepherds

On this cold night, the men who watched over the flocks an angel appeared to them with the news of the new born king and a host of angelic choir singing:
So the shepherd also came to see this greater Shepherd, . Here was a new shepherd of Israel:

From Me, Simon.
Let Christ be your Star, your Shepherd, your wisdom and your Bread of life for life.
